Doesnt it seem like Al is holding this whole football program hostage. He he seems to want to get fired so he can get his buyout money. He just doesnt want to resign and lose out on his buyout money. Instead he is just going to keep losing games, missing out on recruits, and making no changes to his staff until the BOT will have no choice but to fire him (hopefully).
