I am gonna say it: He looks like an Ed Reed/Sean Taylor type safety. He could be the biggest playmaker we've had back there in a long time. But he is amazing at WR too!

Bring the kid in and let him ballout where ever he fits best.
Wait until their new QB transfer gets there. Kid will put up silly numbers next year.
I love Richards but he's no Amari cooper

this guys recruitment hasn't even started yet. How many OVs has he taken yet? zero. He hasn't seen the type of progress we made during the season, how depth charts will shake out, potential coaching changes, participating in summer camps on the campus' of other schools (friday night lights etc) , 7 on 7 teams led by street agents in bed with the SEC, schools his friends are leaning too....all of this stuff has yet to transpire.
I guarandamntee that bleakness will transpire this recruiting season. It has never not happened.... think about it.

Ok.... We get it. Quit saying the same sh*t(bleakness 2016 class)in every thread. It's annoying Af. Inferiority complex some of you have and some of you don't....

That's revisionists history though. At this point of his high school career, Amari Cooper wasn't the Amari Cooper that committed to Alabama, let alone what he is after Bama. Cooper was a 3 star without any big fanfare after spring of his junior year. His development started to take off that summer, continuing through college. I'm not saying Richards will ever get to that level, but let's not act like Cooper was a stud at the same point in his career. Cooper just kept getting better and better as time went on.
Look it up..
I said not too long ago that he was a 5 star along with a few others in the class.
Kid an ELITE talent on both sides of the ball. Just wait till October when everyone and their mother is crootin him. I repeat... ELITE
