Ahmmon Richards faster than Stacy?

This is that dumb **** that they're being taught at these local/weekend camps. We see it in every 1-on-1 video that's posted. SMH.

As for fellow freshman receiver Sam Bruce, Dugans said: “I have to get him out of the high school stuff; guys come in and want to do all the dancing. He has the wiggle but we have to get him playing with the tempo and speed of the college game. He’s a little behind [Richards, who arrived five months earlier] but he’s catching up.”

And yall wanted to keep Beard here. Ha.

Dugans said he is the fastest WR on paper...when the lights come on we will know who is the fastest..Herb Waters was the fastest WR on the team last year on paper but you wouldnt know it

Well from pretty much everybody being interviewed whenever a question is asked about ahmmon Richards EVERYBODY is taking about Richards speed and how explosive he is...

brock we have had numerous Green Tree all stars Im gonna wait untill I see it on Saturday afternoon before I crown anybody..Ive had enough letdown from greentree to last me a lifetime

Coley hasn't broken 4.5 at UM. If Richards ran a 4.39 as stated in multiple reports then yes, he's considerably faster than Coley. Bruce ran a 4.56 electronic timed last season...Coley ran the exact same last year at UM. I hope that settled it.

Coley ran a 4.39 in 2014

Coley isn't that fast. If he was we would've won a few more games last year. He ran. 4.57 coming out and a 4.56 last year. You want proof Broward's top player WR Stacy Coley picks the Hurricanes over FSU, USF | Eye on the U. So THE FACT is that Richards and Bruce are faster than Coley. I for one am very excited about that.

Why can't you guys come to grips with the fact that Coley is not who we thought he was going to be coming out of HS? The guy scored a TD vs FSU, danced and did his weird hand movements and then crashed to the ground. Maybe the kid will have gotten coaching this spring and summer and be a new player but he has not shown it consistently. A lot of college WR's run in the 4.5's. Ever seen an NFL combine? A lot of 4.5's out there. And unless your talking laser forget about the time. It is worthless. Like trying to time the speed of a pitch with a stop watch like they did in the 70's. Who would do that today while every other scout around you has radar guns? i hate to bring up Nebraska again but they had laser times back in the late 80's. How is Miami so far behind?

Richt must have felt like he went into a hot tub time machine when he came back to the U.

Do they get taught that in camps or do the camps encourage them to get open by any means necessary and thus the dancing?

Coley can't possibly run a 4.57. He outran va tech on that screen play his freshman year, literally burnt them and the dbs ran legit 4.48s and under at the combine

I'd say both. Coaches setup a ton of 1-1 with no real limits on individual play time limits. When the pads come on a WR has 2 seconds to get open. JJ is a great example of someone getting pumped because he can always get open during 1-1s. The issue is some of the reps take him 2 or more moves to get open and 3-5 seconds. In the game his QB would have gone to other options or been sacked. Nothing against JJ, just an example.

Beard was better than Carroll but man.... He had them boys hop stepping and skipping at the line of scrimmage right after the ball was snapped

Would it shock anyone if Njoku and Coley were beat out by Herndon and Harris?

I don't think they're being "taught" anything. They're running routes with style instead of substance and none of the "coaches" out there have any wherewithal to teach them different.
