Ahmmon Richards Article

Fav recruit of class next to Quarterman.

Want him back...badly.

I say it isnt a shoe in that he comes back...that visit to BAMA will be the goods...and i hjeard the dreaded..."do whats best for you"...come in..which states that kid was leaning to leave.

he doesnt redshirt here though....Brady leaving helps out...this kid plays just like Stacy Coley imo. he's very fluid at about 6'1 180 pds...and just makes plays. Cant wait to watch him in all star game because he put up video game numbers in palm beach

He coming...trust.

Noted. Hope you are right.

Caged has some DeVante Parker in him like you don't just jump him. No Richards will be close but Caher will be better at least to start

thing abou Cager is...he actually runs good routes at his height...something Streeter didnt. Ive seen Cager run smooth az out routes, double moves....that kid has the goods...he just needs some more coaching and the chances..

That's what I meant by "little man attributes."

Cager can get in and out of breaks while Streeter cornered like an aircraft carrier.

😂😂😂😂😂😂

didn't expect richards to turn into one of those recruits that shop themselves around but it kinda sounds like it

Agree with this he started off not acting like the other south Florida primas, but he eventually fell victim to it:

Why, because he made a rash decision in committing to Golden (which makes me question the sanity of any recruit who'd want to play for him), but later backed out to open his recruiting up? Why the **** wouldn't you or any other recruit do the same, in particular as we waited a bit to find out the coach and staff. Add to that he doesn't even know his position coach, jeez....give the young man a break.

Smart decisions if you ask me. He clearly says part of why he did what he did, the rest he's not going to say because he has enough class not to. Most posters here wouldn't have sent their kid to play here under Golden, so what gives? This is a big decision for anyone and they should make it with as much information as possible.

This reminds me of that cat a few years back that was committed, decommitted, played in an all-star game and we watch him sign somewhere else. Can't remember his name, made that insane catch on his football team. Can't believe I can't remember. Anyone?

I think you're talking about that Louisiana kid from last year who ended up signing with TCU

Can he play DT? Do we even have a DT committed this year? Seriously, Saban is selling him the Amari Cooper and Calvin Ridley role and that is tough to beat, but I hope Richt can close. We shall see.

Calvin Ridley will be playing the Calvin Ridley role for at least 2 more years at Bama. AR can stay home and create the Ahmmon Richards role for his hometown team almost immediately...

Cager is an absolute stud.

Don't short change him.

He would come here and be right behind Coley and Cager on the depth chart and possibly overtake Cager.

We have Berrios, Lewis, and hopefully Bruce and Mullins in the slot and that's about it.

He belongs at Miami

He doesn't run fast enough to be an absolute stud-struggled to get separation last season.

So was Michael Irvin.

Sure, we need guys that can take the top off of defenses, but guys like him that can get up and win the battle on under thrown and jump balls are all the freakin rage right now.

UM

The "he's not fast" argument gets pretty out of control sometimes. Al Davis thinks like you guys do. Our best WRs are usually not our burners. Even though we have sucked, we have had some good WRs come through. We need a Hurns and Hankerson for every Travis Benjamin and Phillip Dorsett we have. I like having a guy that has size that can catch the ball on the boundary, the middle of the field and the red zone. We have had a lot of big plays by just throwing hitch routes to bigger receivers and then they make guys miss. Cager will be a good WR for us and can be used in different ways IMO

Aw, yeah. That's right, thanks. I wonder if he had a good year or if he redshirted.

Lewis? His career is basically over.

No, these guys think like Al Davis did. Lets not forget Mr. Davis won 3 Superbowls with his philosophy.
