Ahmad moten is impressive [and staying for another year]

Moten should come back, and he will be that dude. Great development with him. I’m intrigued with Blount. Ik people think he’ll be a DT…maybe in the NFL, but he’s 270 rn. For him to be truly effective at the next level he needs to be 290. I dont think he’s gaining that much good weight unless he does 4 years here.

I think blount starts at DE next year but plays DT like this year and moves there full time in 27

If he can come back, he will make more money in college than NFL. he might be a 7 figure DT on open market

The interesting thing will be what big money DE we will grab in the portal to flank a very solid foundation at DT. May even get a rotational DT, too. But, I expect a bigtime grab at DE.

Agree we need a big-time edge in the portal, but just want to put it on record that I think Lightfoot has a huge season next year. He needs to gain 10-15 lbs obviously but he made a couple of huge plays peeling back on 3rd and long yesterday when Pitt ran the ball
