Even though it would obviously be better to have this all settled today and have Mensah already in school in Coral Gables, I do feel confident that he will join us and I believe the Registrar will make an exception here and get him registered. Sooner the better, but I think we're good here.

It wasn’t denied. It just isn’t being heard today. The TRO will be reconsidered anyway at the PI hearing, so it looks like the court just moved up the PI hearing a bit and plans to deal with it all then.
