Cliff notes, can't watch at work. Please and thanks
Will most likely end in a settlement, including a lot of the same of what has been already mentioned.

My biggest take away from it was more of the broad topic of treating NIL deals like employment contracts with non-compete restrictions could eventually clash with NCAA amateurism rules. Seeing as how this would potentially open doors to demands for employee benefits/treatment.

Both UM people and Mensah’s people were caught off guard. They should have anticipated Duke sueing and had to be ready to countersue and seek to remove injunction.
As mentioned before Mensah should have enrolled in Miami similar to what Lucas did last year.Had to go on offense immediately

How does one manufacture this type of delusion?

Other fans wants Duke to win because this has to do with Miami. However, if they do, it opens up the pay for play and employee/employer discussion again and f's up everything for the big budget schools with money. The Texas Tech billionaire should throw some money our way to help make Duke go away.

One concern that Sallah brought up, was that we're in state court. So the judge could be some slapdick hick that's a former PI that got elected judge.

However, I would counter and say, that judge may not want to be the one that opens the can of worms that is the NCAA pay to play.

So the guy who can't spell "suing" and writes "enrolled IN Miami" (sic)-

is giving legal advice to the attorneys hired by the University of Miami.

Glorious!!

State court is the wild wild west in these smaller counties. "Homecourt advantage" is a real thing. We always like to have local counsel by our side at for any motions or appearances whenever we're in smaller counties for sure

I know you know ball Lu

If Beck is under throwing every deep shot and they are getting picked I’d probably shy away from that as well. He had the two poor throws against Louisville and even in previous games when he took deep shots and they weren’t picked they were under thrown or inaccurate

I just think they did what they had to do to protect an obvious weakness in Becks game
Anyone think Dawson play calling was impacted by Beck’s shortcomings - injury recovery/dead arm? Thought deep ball was a strength at UGA. Seemed to struggle & float deep balls.
