This is no longer the 1970s where you build a roster for 2-3 years into the future.
You have to recruit every position every year.

I agree, we need a good balance of both...but I'm on board with fielding a team of all 3 year sophomores, 4th year and true Jrs. and 5+ year Srs with stand out freshmen or sophomores. Those players cost big money.

A recruit is a couple hundred thousand and usually not ready.

People need to understand that we are a championship contending team now. Not sure how that isn’t yet obvious to the entire fanbase.

We are not in the position to pass on an immediate high impact player because some inexperienced unproven guy MIGHT be ready to step up. And if that is the case, then show out and earn the reps.

Have to give it up to them - our fanbase overanalyzes and would've recognized that in any other conference, a 7-5 team that didn't play any of the other top teams in the conference got off lucky and was really a 1-year wonder. To think their season is in anyway comparable to Miami's is funny.

I agree but I don’t think they was mad about fletcher. i think dawson could’ve found a way to use the kid in some screens or something

Young guys often want money and playing time without earning it. ****, Pringle and his family are mad he got benched in the playoffs despite the fact he actually (not in theory, in actual plays) was lost on blitz pickups.
