Josh Moore
Malachi Toney
Daylin Upshaw
Jojo Trader
Vandrevius Jacobs
Cam Vaughn
Cooper Barkate
Somourian Wingo
Milan Paris
Tyran Evans
Vance Spafford

Adding Cooper Barkate would give us the WR group above. Barkate would provide an experienced, reliable and very productive WR to a deep talented room that was missing exactly that. Would be a phenomenal get.
This going make Mali even more dangerous, we have legit guys who will create separation on the outside now and free up where he isn’t getting blanketed all the time.

why recruit kids if you just gone keep bringing in portal dudes. I expect to lose some young WRs if they bring this guy in
The guys that play, and play well, will stay, and the ones that don't will leave. Its gonna happen every single year regardless, might as well just continue to load up on talent, however you can get it and let the chips fall where they may.

Think about what you are saying. The best players will see the field. No one is given a position. You bring in talent and let the cream rise to the top. You either compete or go home. If you want an elite program, this is how it should be.

Jojo, Josh Moore, upshaw all a possibility, what’s the point of them staying? What message does that send adding 3 transfer receivers. These kids want to play
This is Miami, every year we recruit the top players in the world to come to the U. If we could have landed the Freshman versions of Jeremiah Smith or Ryan Williams this recruiting cycle, you not taking them because you are worried about kids being afraid to compete?

They don’t rotate at wr. Since Dawson has been here they only play 3-4 guys. Like I said it is what it is hopefully those guys stick around

Just wanted to say I am not coming at you and just using your post for topic of conversation.

We literally send out offers to the top Receivers in the country every year. If possible, UM would sign the the top receivers every single year. That means 3-4 would rise to the top.

But those 3-4 would be elite and that’s what you want.

You know how that goes.
Fletcher gashes opponents on a drive and then Dawson changes it up by running a play with Pringle who only manages to get 2 yards, and the CIS pitchforks come out.
Dawson can't win.
yep these where the elite Def's you couldnt just telegraph plays, these teams are gonna regonise your little pass catcher back who can't block and know the call...

This whole board was on some tendancy busters a minute ago...bizzaro stuff.

Its pretty simple just bring in better players and if guys don't want to compete they leave (basically admitting they are not as good)...

It's amazing to me that we just lost a heartbreaking game after a magical run to a team whose entire team concept it building via the portal, and yet some fans don't like doing it that way.

Reminds me of the folks who said "we didn't need fancy facilities" or "5 stars don't matter" in the early-mid 2000s. Staying ahead of the curve is the single most important way to remain relevant in this brutally competitive sport.

Side note: the entitlement of rich northeastern Duke kids having backed into an ACCG due to a) temporary conference expansions scheduling and b) the dumbest tie breaker rules ever, is truly a marvel to watch.
Yea but but its a bad look - there will be some slander against us in recruiting unproven high schoolers...as if we are the only one doing it.

Meanwhile at LSU, TTech, Indiana...all the big boys unless they are broke.

This is it nowdays you just relentlessly level up or get left behind.
