After watching/listening to player interviews it seems the biggest difference so far between Richt and Golden seems to be their managerial styles. McDermott's interview was particularly telling. Not that this is news to some but he seemed to imply that the old regime was rigid and overbearing when it came to the players. The old coaches tried to manage everything including the players free time by setting consequences for every night out on the town.

It looks like this team will play a lot looser than in previous years. Whether that leads to more wins is anyone's guess.

Matt Porter said the same on Kup & Crowder today. Said players looked miserable last spring.

Man. Listening to these interviews, it churns my stomach each time I hear Tim Reynolds pry... He is always seeking the negative... Same goes for SMD. How do we lynch these haters for good? I am not pretending like this is something new but the anti-miami agenda flows straight from the miami beat writers. Where else is this the case? The ginger hate cloud is worst then smog in Mexico city. Stick to luge and cat herding u trifling sensationalists.

This team will be nasty next year!! Can't wait to see the uptempo offense along with our new aggressive 4-3 defense!

mentioned it in another thread, its accountability, hence why radio and grohlden would continuously throw people under the bus, there was no accountability in this program, especially on Saturdays

I think you'll see plenty more "moving on" as we get more and more good stuff to talk about....it's a process! HAHAHAHAHA

The message got old and the results on the field proved that the staff sucked. Don't blame the kids for not wanting to play hard for those ********.

Win? Who'd we really beat last year? If the team was half decent we lost.
I really liked Golden when he was first hired, but a smart coach would've made some changes, but not Golden he kept that passive defensive system and we kept losing.
I wonder what Coley could've done under another coach, he definitely had a nose for talent.
