I disagree. Their only top #25 win will be USC. PSU and Iowa are not quality wins. And a loss at Washington could be problematic for them.

ksu made a very poor decision to not go for it when it had 4th and 2 late in the game. No way do you punt that back to Utah. Besides, KSU was 5-5. WTH did they have to lose?
