Isn’t the rule that, if the offense subs they have to give the defense a chance to sub too?! How you not wait till the two defensive tackles get off the field as a ref?! They are not guys who can high tail sprint!

I watched Oregon do that every single time USC subbed on offense today and USC had to snap the ball with 1 sec on the play clock cause Oregon was jogging off just like kstate was.
