I feel more like not one junior should return! Let’s just get rid of all the stench of the previous staff and start fresh. Some of these freshman are players. They need PT to develop. The sophomores from the first class are looking pretty good. Let’s just part with any dead weight and start again.

If we did so choose to change our any staff I’d be ok with an OC/QB, OL and special teams coach. Those are the areas that have pretty consistently under performed these past two years.

Yeah totally dude. Guys like McIntosh and norton are “dead weight”
 
RJ and Walton should probably go.

Everyone else should be back. Coaches really need to be on guys like Norton and Jaquan not do make terrible decisions and leave like Yearby did

Yeah, I could see it. I'm not the biggest fan of McIntosh but it's mostly in comparison to all the truly great upfield tackles we've had. McIntosh is not that caliber but with the NFL increasingly a passing league and interior penetrators in demand, I could see him going fairly early and doing well. He can play more narrow than his actual size when a gap is there. Still not tenacious enough, like a Grady Jarrett. Obviously Jarrett is much shorter and he uses that to his advantage. McIntosh sometimes plays too tall and can be taken for a ride.

I suppose I was thinking more offensively. And let’s be honest the juniors that we want to stay probably won’t. I’m just frustrated because our current state reminds me of our last two regimes.
