I don't know how i feel about it. He needs to revamp the staff as well as the mentality of alot of the players. That team was badly coached. I would have preferred Dino, im not totally against Diaz but i think diligence should have been paid to other options, i mean he was also on the staff. But i wil support him until he proves he's not the one. He was on the staff, so none of this 3 or 4 year stuff. The offense needs an innovative and forward looking coordinator.

You really think he’s going to bring in a highly experienced OC, one that could, in contrast, show his own limitations? I think he’s going to have a young aggressive staff. However, he also desperately needs a non-coaching recruiting coordinator with local experience.
