We need to clean house at the top. James needs to go because his hires just aren't cutting it. I love everything Manny said and what guys vision is but unfortunately the vision is not the product on the field. But, Manny is not too blame because he's doing the best he can. The AD should be better than that. Hocutt gave us Golden but James extended him and carried this on. Manny needed more seasoning or at least a little more guidance getting a staff ready to go.
