It's only his 2nd year just now, have no idea what the legal situation is looking like thoShame this guy hasn’t caught the light his highlight tape was very good
Don’t think he’ll be here if he was under criminal investigation.
100%I think neighbors exaggerated his speed because of what happened and how terrible it was but once it came out that neither BABY were in their car seats it changed how I viewed it. I have 2 kids and I would never ride without these little guys strapped in.
Oh that’s wild. I didn’t know that fact after the incident.I think neighbors exaggerated his speed because of what happened and how terrible it was but once it came out that neither BABY were in their car seats it changed how I viewed it. Would assume they have an idea on speed without relying on neighbors version.I think neighbors exaggerated his speed because of what happened and how terrible it was but once it came out that neither BABY were in their car seats it changed how I viewed it. If the car was built within the last 10 years, it has what is referred to as a “black box”. What this does is record any sudden changes of speed, and then goes back 5-10 seconds before deceleration. So with almost any accident, the police can remove the black box and see what speed a driver was traveling before the sudden deceleration.Would assume they have an idea on speed without relying on neighbors version.

High end cars have had this technology for more than 20 years. We had a case in Atlanta involving a hockey player who crashed his Ferrari and killed his passenger. The black box was able to tell us how fast he was traveling before the accident. That was in 2000-2002. In the past decade every new car has the tech.
