People think the new AD will just show up and spend the first 6 weeks doing the required HR videos, getting the computer set up and sharpening pencils while learning the culture.

And getting to know their inner self so that they can choose their "pronouns "...

Not in my opinion...that's why I said Best since forever...(matter of speech)...UMs Baseball team under Sam already had multiple NCs...as did the FB team....Jurich made both the FB and Baseball teams Super relevent...Hoops team was already a multiple NC....Jurich had a tougher uphill battle than Sam...
