Construction costs at the University are insane. It's at least 30-40% more than anything should cost if competitively priced in a commercial or private industry.

Again, it's a 28 million facility. Was originally around 22, changes with Richt and accounting for Miami costs, it's now 28. Could,go,higher. But plan is 28.

$28M for a IPF? I know it's in Coral Gable$ but ****. Is there plans to have more accommodations than just a field with lighting, acoustics, and HVAC? Even if the facility is 160'x400' that's $438/SF....insane.
