Here is my response to CIS trying to generate traffic: An actual, meaningful topic everyone (should) enjoy, which is the gym.

Which exercise sucks the worst for you? Which kicks your *** the most?

For me, its literally the Bulgarian Split Squat. Unless you enjoy seeing a 215 lbs german struggling with balance, it's not for me.

I’ll go with leg curls. My hamstrings are weak. Basically guarantees I will wake up in the middle of the night with a cramp or spasm

JHallCanes will probably have words with me for this one, but I loathe barbell bench press. Incline barbell is ok, dumbbell flat or incline is ok, push press is ok. My shoulder doesn't bother me with any of those but the standard bench press is not in my ****nal for years now.

Dumbbell walking lunges for me. Very painful on my knees. It was a breeze for me in my early 20s, but it takes a toll at 33, being 210 at 6'1 doesn't help.

Dumbbell flys are my favorite. I do a lot of free weights. Between work, being a dad now, and going back to school for my MBA, I don't have a lot of time to go out, so I built my home gym in my garage.

I bought a PRX squat rack and Powerblock adjustable dumbbells a few months ago for a price steal. It's one of the best investments I have made.

Agreed on the Dumbbell walking lunges. My hips are tight and my legs are short even though I'm 5'10, so while they're helpful towards a problem area...I dread them.

My favorite lift is Overhead Military barbell press. One of my stronger lifts w/how I'm built. Had to put them on the shelf for a while because I was having issues out of my left shoulder, but I've got that healed up and I'm doing more of them.

Favorite workout is either the weighted pushed or pull up. Love the adrenaline rush (for me) of putting a plate on your back and doing 5*25 (or 5*10 for pull-ups) and then a drop set to finish.

Probably hate anything with barbell. Only use it when I’m wanting to activate the shoulders.
