If I recall correctly, there was a DT who got kicked off the team in 2000, do not remember his name.. was kinda excited to see him play, all hyped up from my issues of Canesport lol.

I don't recall if he actually ever did anything though. Think it was either academic or off the field issues and Butch cut him loose.

It was actually 7-0 with Nebraska driving with about a minute left in the first quarter. Then, Nebraska mysteriously decided to punt from the Miami 33. Miami expanded the lead all the way to 27-0 at the 10:40 mark.

Quite the deluge.

True. I rewatched that game about 2 weeks ago. The 1st quarter was mostly frustrating. The 2nd half was them outscoring us. About 15 mins of the game was outrageously satisfying - the rest, not so much.

Nothing ****ed me off more than when Jackson said something about, Nebraska is actually out scoring Miami in this second half, too bad for the first one. Coker should’ve ran them out of the building by 50+

And Penn State, he pulled the same thing. Blew them out by halftime then called off the dogs. Miami should have hung 60 on the Ped State Nambla Lions
