We'll win Thursday Night as a pure troll. We've been pretty solid when coming off of prolonged rest and the staff has a month to prepare for an opponent.

But the old demons will rear their ugly heads the following week against Carolina. Kaaya will probably play like a freshman for the first time all year and the defense won't even sniff getting a stop against UNC's offense.

It's not too hard to understand that Miami played a completely different defense for that one game than all the other 40+ games under this staff. They were doing a variety of fronts, a lot of blitzes, etc. more or less the opposite of what we run normally. Add that the Duke C wanted to snap the ball 25 yards multiple times throughout the game even killing some drives that looked to be getting points and it's not hard to understand what happened.
