-We matched the $EC in their 'weak sauce' stupidity and will stick to 8 conference games. Also, the ACC's wildly uneven inter-divisional scheduling will continue. Gonna be nice playing FSU-Clemson or FSU-Louisville and have VagTech playing Wake Forest-BC.



-Weaker 'big 5' conference teams are going be be in great demand. Maryland, Indiana, Colorado, Washington State, Kansas, etc., come on down! You're the next contestant...

-Maybe that's the plan. A few more years of mediocrity, and maybe we'll start getting some 'paycheck games' from big, rich schools playing 8 home games. If the athletic department is trending towards the red, pretty soon Shalala will be able to go to a school like Auburn, Ohio Taint, Texas, or Oklahoma and say:
