This is madness.

NCAA can take action as they like...but they forget...

so too can certain (i.e. Southern and Soutwest) Attorneys General.

NCAA better be careful poking the bear with their "admin law" social engineering attempts.

I wouldn't call people who are scared of bathrooms "bears"

What a joke. God forbid a state legislature passes a law more than 90 percent of its residents approve.

I wouldn't call anyone who thinks its a good idea to have a male in the little girl's bathroom, transgender and innocent or not, sane.

Don't take my comment as being anti-TG...keep on keepn on...you go RuPaul...

Our society, no society that I can think of, is ready for this step. This isnt even practiced in the 3rd world where communal existences are far more prevalent.

The NCAA is playing a dangerous game circumventing the will of voters, through elected officials right/wrong/other, and at some point lawmakers might just push back.

I hate the NCAA even more. They will jump on the PC bandwagon but still cannot run the power 5 conferences with common sense.

Remember when they didn't want black people using the same restrooms and water fountains?

I'm not sure if you've ever left your county before but there are "societies" all over the world that share bathrooms, bedrooms, go to the beach naked, show nudity on broadcast TV and the world hasn't ended because of it. We get that the scary man in the holy book told you to be ashamed of your body and it's functions but there no reason to be a **** about it. Just let people **** where they want.

Just let that states citizens decide that.

We have states rights for a reason.

My take on it...

I don't really care one way or the other... I do think it's a pretty dumb appeasement move & I don't see it actually accomplishing anything of significance.

However, I'm not upset or "outraged" over it either.

Basically my reaction is:

A few things friend...

Segregation is an unforgivable stain on our country's history. There is no room to debate that.

I've lived in/worked in 53 countries...not "counties" and counting. Please lecture me on how the world works.

Neither the scourge of segregation nor public displays of nudity are comparable issues to having a male, at this time in society's progression, in the bathroom with a little girl not related to them.

NO COUNTRY, amd again 53 and counting for me, allows sharing of restrooms. Not even Holland or France allow simultaneous use of TG with small children of opposite *** in the same restroom.

Agan, no one deserves to be discrimated against...and Im am atheist...but this pressure just goes too far, too fast.

Would you support "Starship Troopers" co-ed showers? Why not, what could possibly go wrong.
