ACC doing ACC Things.....

lol they better count the extra OOC game for the 5 teams as a conference game then

I have to assume it helps Miami and the other 9-game teams, and hurts Clemson and the 8-game teams. Because a 7-2 record should be a tie breaker vs a 6-2 record, for example.

Our 2 OOC cupcakes are FAMU at home and Central Michigan at home.
At one point the ND narrative was that Miami had one fewer data point because of the Bethune game, would have been a problem if the committee bought into that because those schools need the revenue the big schools pay them for those games.

Whatever they put into place, guaranteed to ***** Miami even undefeated in conference play.

On the + side we will get another home game added to our slate.

2026 Home games
- Florida A&M (FCS)
- Central Michigan (G5 matchup/Tune up)
- Duke (ACC champ) (L o L)
- FSU (13th in conference)
- Pitt (4th in conference)
- VT ( 15th in conference)
- BC (16th in conference)

Road games:
- ND (bound to be top 15/20 at minimum)
- UNC (14th in conference)
- Clemson (8th in conference)
- Wake Forest (11th in conference)
- Stanford (12th in conference)

I know things can change on a yearly basis very drastically but this is genuinely one of the easiest ACC schedules we have gotten in a LONG time.

Toughest opponents next year will be:

- @ND
- @Clemson
- Vs Pitt
- Vs VT

See response above. Just assuming they would add a team. Why even start doing it ahead of actually creating the ability for it to exist for all teams.

This will end badly. Especially with ACC refs propensity to put their finger on the scale.
You're right. Why not just add a ******* team first then do this.

It’s always been a stupid rule lol. No one complained about it because it’s never come into play where it effected the outcome of the conference championship game lol.
It never came into play this year either. That was nothing but cope and acting like you had no idea what had been going on for 6 years.
