ACC doing ACC Things.....

My understanding is we are contracted by the ACC to play ND.
I've seen conflicting things. I think the ACC and ND have an agreement for ND to play 5 ACC games per year, they have 6 next year including us. Unless BC doesn't count because they're a rivalry or something. I thought last years game and next years with ND was a home and home scheduled outside of that agreement. I could be wrong though.

We need to get out of this circus ASAP. As much as I hate them we should just leave with FSU as a package deal and go from there

Pretty sure you’re right. I think Miami asked the 2024 game to be rescheduled and now it’s being played in 2026. The original games were outside of ND’s 5 game agreement.

I think there is a decent chance we open the season with FSU, and I think they have a week 0 game as well.

The most ACC thing ever is 7-5 ACC Champion Duke

I still believe we should drop ND and replace them with a JMU or Tulane home game (if possible).

Odds of that are approximately 0.0 percent.

ND's athletic director repeatedly went out of his way to make it clear there was no beef with Miami regarding the Irish's playoff snub.

Canes and Irish are likely leaving hand-in-hand for the B1G within the next 2-3 years.

Facts are Notre Dame needs that game against Miami next season way more than vice-versa.

We ain't throwing a monkey wrench in our realignment road map in order to set up a backdoor path to the CFP
