Great play, but highlights the problem with the QB protection rules. Defenders have to be super careful to not hit a sliding QB, so the QB can fake them out with a slide. As far as I'm concerned, once a QB runs past the LOS he should be considered a RB.

Wake will get a penalty later in the game cause he will go to slide and will get blasted cause Wake makes sure he’s not gonna pull the oakie doak on them again…watch.

I don’t like that fake slide. Defense pulls up and is penalized for it. Not cool man.

Should have been ruled down, or allow guys to hit them when they give themselves up. Cant have it both ways.

They might cause a blackout in Charlotte flipping the lights on the scoreboard…35 points in the first 12 minutes and with a missed FG…but Pickens looked injured so maybe they will slow down..

Saw that game…watched WF several times actually.That QB can sling it.

I’m hoping Pickett is ok to keep the game interesting cause I think it gets out hand if he can’t go…
