We have the highest average rating per On3/Rivals at 91.99 but are #3 because we only have 20 commits. After us in the ACC: Clemson at 16 (89.05 avg), Va Tech at 19 (88..64 avg) Cal at 23 (87.83), Ga Tech at 26 (87.73 avg) FSU at 30 (88.26 avg) and Louisville at 36 (avg 87.65).
We all know Norvell can't develop or retain most of the talent he gets, so the premise seems to be holding that after Miami, the next tier is comprised of Clemson, Va Tech, Louisville and surprisingly Cal.
Ga Tech is still doing relatively well in recruiting, but will their on-field performance derail them? They're a much different team without Haynes King. Wake has a quality coach and team right now, but they aren't committed to investing in talent acquisition.
I do not understand what is going with SMU. They only have 9 commits dead last, though avg rating isn't bad at 87.95. They should be doing better.
