A sincere request and the righting of a mistake

About 14 months ago (I believe it was early October of 21'), one of you mad geniuses said that you were going to hire a singing clown and deliver the news to Blake that he has been fired. Some of the lyrics were, "You're fired, you're fired, you never should've been hired!" There was a reference to man hands and then it ended with a flourish, "...wisdom from a siiiinging cloowwnn!!!"

I was on a little vacation with one of my kids and I read it to her, and we both thought it was hysterical. She asked me about it the other day and I just plumb forgot to save that grand opus. Would the culprit/author please re-post that little ditty for the edification of all and also so I can share it again with loved ones?

Obviously it didn’t happen, but I’m asking was it a serious discussion and were people actually going to do this, and before you say anything, remember many of you guys paid for a lawn truck to sputter up and down US 1 with a sign for half a day, to the tune of about $10,000

The fact the question was asked if something from my brain was actually seriously in discussion has made my life complete.


How about this. The next time we really want someone fired, we actually hire a singing clown.
