Picture perfect and behind the LOS --- loving it. Your son is going to be to the defense what Duke was to the offense -- near perfect player/person. I only wish Duke could be freshman this year with Mark as coach.
 
**** I'm mad I couldn't even catch the game but I like what hear and see from this kid.
 
It's easy to see that this is the type of player that elevates everyone elses play. Built in hit stick.

The replay made it clear. Pickney was just celebrating better -- another true Cane thing. Love our new kids. First time in long time I have any faith that the staff will make them better instead of worse.

OLB filled D-gap hard, back cut back to avoid him, and the MLB pursued inside out and made a textbook tackle.

Yeah that was an awesome hit! Got me up out of my seat and everything yelling at the dumbass announcers.

They asked Gus what he thought about the hit and he said 'man, I'm just glad it was somebody else.'
 
Maybe the biggest MLB at Miami since Bernard Clark back in the 80s....

The 3 freshmen are going to be good ones....

denzel has more natural thump its a gift dudes like john lynch........shaq is already put together DP was tiny as a fresh....shaq seems more sound and hes a head of the curve man
 
love the fact that Shaq is already putting this kinda stuff on TAPE. His FILM will be evaluated by pro scouts in 3 years and they'll pop this highlight in and say "jesus this kid just laid the wood in the second quarter of his college career." What's even better is i have no doubt Shaq will top this hit at some point this season - probably multiple times.
 
Shaq destroyed that RB! As fundamentally sound a tackle as you will ever see with bad intentions behind it. The Shaq Attack is bringing the pain! Great first game for him and the rest of the true freshmen. The future is bright for our Canes!
