We basically ended the Jackets' season.
A team that needed a win at home and was desperate to stay alive in the coastal.

IT was a solid victory on the road in my book.

I don't think anyone realistically expected this team to be "elite" in Richt's first season as coach.
What we do expect is improvement from last year and so far we have seen it. As long as the team continues to improve we will be a protagonist to win the Coastal. Make it to Orlando and anything can happen.

You can hammer on dog nuts all you want. I can admit they moved the ball more than I am comfortable with. In a game that we should have put away early in the second quarter was within a TD in the third quarter. Congrats to the O on putting that drive together it was a thing of beauty, However it should not have been necessary. We let the worst passer since Kirby freeman look good. You gotta be a bit worried about the pass defense. However for the first time in years I have faith in this staff to get it together.

I don't really care if the Jackets moved the ball or not or if the QB passed it better than people expected.

When it's an SEC team that struggles with an FCS the reason is "incredible parity". When this fake *** ***** Miami fan says we get exposed through winning by 14 points on the road, I know we're on our way. Gtfoh

Miami's defensive team speed isn't very good....their young Lb's may have had tackles,,,but how many were down the field.....GT ran up and down the field consistently and had some success throwing the ball....they should have had another TD when the WR receiver dropped the ball in the end zone....he flat out missed it....Miami's OL was very uninspiring as well....they are going to cost this team a game or two down the road.....I wouldn't be surprised if FSU runs up and down the field and shuts down Miami's offense due to their average line....If you guys were pleased with todays game then you have low standards.

Miami has zero threat in the run game from the QB position....add that to the half *** O-line and it spells trouble against good teams.

There's always room for improvement. Anybody who thought there wasn't going to be an occasional defense breakdown with three freshmen at LB knows nothing about football. They made plays when it counted and got a nice 14 point road victory in a game they were favored by 6.5 in.

In the 4th QTR GT pretty much started to go to the pass and we shut them out. The one thing that gives me hope for a great season is our D Line is now nasty. Not quite 1990 Nasty but we get upfield and disrupt. Manny also seems to know how to blitz.
