im really getting sick of this ****..

it really blows me away that Manny lands his dream job, is making a bunch of Money, preaches the the old Miami attitude all off season, and then falls into the Shannon/Golden/Richt pride trap where he protects his decisions as if theyre more important than the greater good of the program.

It has to be that these guys get their ego inflated or something after their hire because i just don't get it. Look every coach ***** up, Bellichek chose Bledsoe over Brady and it took an injury to make his legacy

The anger needs to be directed at the administration.

While I'm as skeptical as most about the Manny hire, I hope he turns things around. I just don't know if I see that happening, though.

Manny will get his 3+ seasons as he should. Flake and whoever else is responsible for this abomination of a program need to go -- immediately -- or we'll repeat the cycle again in a few years.

Only under extreme circumstances do you fire a HC after 1 season. And if we did, what message does that send to other potential candidates about their would-be job security here? Will that make this job more attractive or will we end up with someone even less qualified?

Be mad at the people who made the decision to hire him in the first place.

Because Golden refused to fire incompetent coaches when it was clear they weren't qualified for the position. It's clear to me Enos & Barry fall in that same category.
