Yes, I know it's a football board but it's also a day that impacted everyone.

Just wanted to take a moment to remember those so greatly impacted by the events of this day so many years ago yet still so fresh, and all those who took up defense of the country in its aftermath. No politics, just consolation and appreciation for everything you have suffered through or fought to defend.

Thanks for allowing us to argue back and forth like children over not life threatening issues about our favorite football team while playing your part in more important matters.

Never forget. Never take for granted.

No lie, when it happened, my first thought was "Probably UW fans trying to get the game cancelled".

My second thought was "****, they will probably cancel Saturdays games"
