Oh, it's luxurious, but I wouldn't try walking barefoot out there, let alone sleeping, it's the dog's toilet.

I have falcon fescue in my lawn. It’s a thicker, wider fescue that is good in any temperature. I miss St Augustine.

My back yard has Zoysia. It's like a carpet. So much nicer than that anti-personnel Florida grass. Problem is that it stays brown 3-4 weeks longer in the spring so I'm overseeding it with tall fescue.

The only thing I've found so far is a weed that grows quickly and has thorns. It hurt. I know we also have poison ivy around, but not in my yard as long as I have the magic of chemicals to keep it at bay if I see it.

If it’s the one I’m thinking about it’s thorns are needle sharp and I HATE those **** things.

I moved into a young sub-division and they tried to have a HOA and us new home owners told them we didn’t want Antonio do with it and voted it out…best thing we ever did

It does.. but I do like a Japanese Maple no doubt. I've got a huge one in my back yard that I treasure.
