ESPN dropped the ball on this one. Why would they schedule Miami & A&M @9 when Miss ST & LSU are at 6 for the same network ? There is NO way LSU & Miss State end in under 3 hours and there were NO games scheduled on ESPN for the 3:00 slot. They could have easily scheduled that game for for 3,4 or even 5:00 yet they chose 6:00 for whatever reason.

It is very likely the first HOUR of our game won’t be televised due to the LSU/Miss state game (and very unlikely they move that game to a lesser network). Very **** poor scheduling by ESPN

There is a 0.0000000% chance that the beginning of the game won't be televised. It'll be on ESPNU or ESPNNews, and certainly on the app. It also was probably never kicking before 9:15 anyway. We shouldn't miss much of it on ESPN, but regardless we'll be able to watch it somewhere before the previous game ends and they move our game over to the big network. You shouldn't miss a single play.

Getting home from Vegas around noon my time so as long as my plane isn’t delayed up the *** idc when it starts.

Not trying to sound like a smart *** but I think ESPN knows what they are doing. We aren’t missing any part of the game. My beef is more with the game starting late.
I was going to ask if this was the first time the OP has watched college football

Missing parts of the game seems very 2005ish. They just throw it on another channel almost everyone has/can stream

Pac-12 scheduling. Got all day in H-town before the tailgate.

@htownkidd - What are the best BBQ joints down there?

It should be because the schedule of games is weak that day
Yeah can't really see any other game taking precedence over that.

BYU vs Oregon maybe if Oregon beats Georgia week 1 and BYU beats Baylor in week 2. But those are big ifs.
Georgia vs South Carolina if USCe beats Arkansas in week 2.
Oklahoma vs Nebraska would have been the biggest threat but you know....Nebraska is horrendous.
