I think our OL allows us to control the game and we win, but it's close.

Surprisingly, ESPN has us as early favorites

I don't think so. Even if we lose we will bounce back with a W because we play Bethune after. Then Temple. We gonna be alright.

In all honesty, A&M should be favored to win. But we're at home, and being good at the line of scrimmage is a huge lift compared to last year.

I think i'd say 60/40 shot that A&M beats us but it's not a sure thing at all. We have to clean up some things from this week and play a really clean game... for example TVD's hand or whatever it was needs to heal, and we need to get the TE's involved in the game and use the middle of the field.

We'll need to play a mistake-free game with no turnovers, no dumb penalties, and we'll need a few more explosive plays than we saw today. And we can't take any steps back, like I didn't see any major defensive breakdowns today but we need to keep that going, and the tackling, from today.

The O line will be tested in a major way next week. If they can hang with A&M, they can hang with anyone on our schedule so it will be fun but nerve-wracking to watch.

Exactly my thoughts.

The Oline looked great, but that wasn’t a $EC defense. I hope that the game plan was to establish the running game and hold back on stretching the field more than we did…also hope we didn’t throw much for another reason that I dare not mention..😂😂😂

The problem is that you can't get an gauge on A2M because Bethune would probably beat the team they're playing tomorrow.
 
I don't think you'll get a feel of how its going to go down until it happens.

  1. How much control does Petrino have of the offense vs Jimbo? What's it gonna look like?
  2. How will Dawson's offense look when the full playbook is available?

The only thing you could reasonably predict is that the game will be close - Jimbo teams have always played Miami close.

Our OL versus their DL is gonna be something to watch

My concern is we didn’t see anything tonight to make us see that we can hurt their secondary. Not that we can’t, we just didn’t see anything

But I think we flip the script on the score from last year and win an ugly one

I feel like we will force some turnovers
