my view is that this game should actually never be forgotten by the program and Mario Cristobal. This needs to be what 47-0 was for Butch Davis. But I disagree with the ending of this video -- this was on Cristobal. Forget the call, forget the referee's, forget Chaney -- it never should've gotten to that point

But yeah, every rebuild has a moment where you hit rock bottom. And to me, why we turn the page, you can't forget about things like this.

and from I what I remember they cost us points too. We ran the ball and drove the ball easily on Ga Tech but TVD made costly mistakes and that game was the start of his downfall for the season. I was hoping he just had a bad game, nope he played like this against UNC and NC State. Came in the final drive against FSU and threw one good pass then an INT to end the game.

Not the worst loss or the most impactful. Never said it was. Leaving in gassed pitchers isn't even in the same universe of stupidity. A relief pitcher could get shelled just as much as the starting pitcher. There is still an element of uncertainty. There was not an element in our game. Take a knee and the game is over. A better baseball example would be if in the bottom of the ninth with the bases loaded and no outs, a batter hits a ball that rockets past the right fielder, but the third base coach holds the runner on third base because he thinks games are better when they end...
