A comparison of injuries

So we've got bumps and bruises to a RB, a WR, an OL, a DL, and a DB.

Meanwhile, The Gator is banged up at starting QB, RB, and WR.

September is getting interesting.

Fletcher, JoJo, OL I would say McCoy but no clue. DL haven’t heard anything on Scott or Blay so I’m guessing a DT, DB **** there are 500 new ones so likely whoever CB 5 or 6 on the depth chart. Maybe the Auburn transfer

I hate the top secrecy of injuries. Why not jus say player X has a significant injury that will cause him to miss significant time or Play Y is a little banged up and will be good in a few weeks it doesn’t need to be top secret.

I remember back on Fermans ****hole site people were slandering Ahmon Richards week after week for being soft only for it to be later revealed it was a career ending injury.

@TheOriginalCane is any of this going to come out over the next week or will we learn come Notre Dame?

I'm not sure that Mario will confirm anything until game week. Most is minor/precautionary. I'd imagine that folks on this board will be able to figure it out via pictures, video, process of elimination. It sucks to not have every player able to practice, but I'd ratther take precautions to have guys as healthy as possible for the regular season.

Devils advocate. Why does it matter. Why do you need to know. It only helps ND and others knowing our injuries. It has no bearing on us, outside of knowing someone is playing before Saturday.

Lagway is practicing. That’s also Game 4. That game is over 6 weeks away. We have one that’s just as important in 3 weeks. Don’t have any ***** to give about UiF right now.

"Practicing" is subjective. Apparently, he puts the boot back on after practice, and so far he has just "practiced" by standing in one spot to throw passes. It's going to be interesting to see what happens over the next few weeks. AND, it's very possible that every single one of the Gator WRs has some sort of an injury right now.

If you want to save your *****, that's up to you. I still have concerns about our September schedule, so I'll be paying attention to the news coming out of the ND, Florida, and USF camps.

Are any of these injuries significant or are they just nicks?

If people were being really honest, they would acknowledge that the newer sports rules on injury disclosures are designed to facilitate betting.

I think once it comes out it will be out, like if we have Long Island as our first game (cough cough UF) and you didnt see Jojo out there, or anyone, obviously he is hurt or disciplined but it leaks and then cat is out of the bag, with first game being against ND the more tape the DC needs to watch on more players the better I guess, small advantage in my eyes but then again why not take every small advantage.

And yes I remember the Ahmon thing well. I think that is actually what ran CaneDynasty off this board, he was a good poster IIRC but he had double and tripled down that AR got in a physical fight in the locker room at half time of the LSU game with a coach about the lack of hustle and good play and was 100% saying his absence was not injury related and he was sitting out the year to transfer, it came out for the career ending thing and I dont think we saw him after that,
