Exactly, Richt is doing what good coaches do. Bring on a solid supporting staff to maximize the potential available. Miami will always get quality players for the most part.
That was the problem with Golden, Shannon, Coker- whether it be themselves as a coach or the supporting staff they brought on they were mediocre at best. None of those coaches would be on this coaching staff. Unless two headcoaches in Shannon became a lb coach n golden a TE coach - which just speaks volumes on its own
Our starting safeties are average IMO, strong CB play has taken some of the stress away.
