Yes, but it still won’t erase the loss to Georgia Tech.
Nothing will ever erase that loss. Mario ****ed us.

This entire board fellated FSU over going 9-3 last year. All I saw were posts talking about how great of a year they had and how it set them up for the future.
So yeah, 9-3 (a missed kneel down from 10-2) would be a very good season. And its beyond hypocritical to say otherwise after the way CIS talked up 2022 FSU
Lmaoooo at 9-3 being meh like we haven't been a mediocre *** program for the last 20 years.

Our fanbase is also a bunch of silly boo-boo heads. If it ends up being 9-3, then it’ll be a brutal record considering what happened with GT.
The team is starting to get over it, but there is a morose or heavily moping feeling in the fanbase.
That crowd at the UVA game was ******* dead bro. D-E-D dead.
It’s going to linger for a while around the program
BingoNot if you win in Tallahassee in 12 days.
Speak itThis was literally one of the worst Power 5 teams in the entire country last season. Full stop.
Winning 9 games this year would OF COURSE be a successful season. Some of you need your heads examined for real.
The team is way better than it was a year ago, and that cannot be disputed. So improving the win total by 4 surely proves on paper what anyone with eyeballs can attest to.

Na that 2017 season where we got up to #2 and dog walked VT and Notre Dame in back to back games and breaking the streak against FSU was electric (until Pitt).Could have been 7-1 going to NC St. Would have given breathing room to go 2-2 (probably losses to FSU and Louisville), assuming wins over NC St and BC. Bowl game win to get to 10 would have been an exceptional season.
[BGCOLOR=initial]Cristobal can still make up for the GT debacle by going 3-1. IMO, that would put us right where we would have been even with the win. Basically he's eliminated his margin for error. Now let's see if he can coach. [/BGCOLOR]
[BGCOLOR=initial]BTW If one of those 3 wins is over FSU, I'll say it's the best season since the Coker era and Cristobal will have earned every penny of his exorbitant salary despite what looking like a less than stellar recruiting class. [/BGCOLOR]
Welp 95.8% of this board said how amazing Tyler is as a QB and blamed everyone and anyone else for our failures. If who y'all believe he is shows up and corrects what's going on with him we'll have something to say about those games. He's the x(pun intended)factor in whether or not we can even compete in those games let alone win.I have a hard time seeing us beat one of Louisville or fspoo. I think we can beat nc state but not how we played against Virginia. Heck we’d lose to bc if we bring our Virginia game level of play. Especially on the road in Boston after thanksgiving. It’ll be cold
It'll be that much worse.
That means the roster is ready to compete for a playoff RIGHT NOW and this team and coaches completely **** the bed.
As has the Flutie hail mary and that was not as bad as gtIt’s going to linger for a while around the program
Meh… beating NCSt, Louisville and BC wouldn’t be a miracle. If we made it to 9-3 that would be a ******* miracle
It was one of the worse teams partly bc of Mario's own doing hence why he had to replace most of his staff he brought in. So he doesn't get credit for cleaning up the mess he had a major part in making. This was literally one of the worst Power 5 teams in the entire country last season. Full stop.
