80% Chance of rain

It's gonna rain throughout the whole game. They should have moved it up to 3: But they didn't and the rain will nullify a lot of passing. This is about to get interesting!

Rain doesn't always nullify passing. Sometimes it's a nightmare for DBs more than anything.

I could say that receivers can drop balls and you will see more fumbles. Thanks for the semantics Trav

If it’s not raining hard it can be a benefit to the receivers since they know where they’re going ( well most of the time) and DBs are only reacting off their cuts which may cause them to slip..

On GameDay they had said it was 100% chance of rain for gametime. In any event I think this helps us as it will hurt both teams' passing games and force both teams to pound the football, which I think gives us an advantage for the following reasons:

(1) Our OL is relatively more experienced than their OL;

(2) Our 4 running backs could start in 90% of D1 programs across the country (they have Etienne but in the 4th quarter who is gonna have fresher legs???);

(3) Our 2 TEs are studs who know how to block (and even big marmaduke can hold his own);

(4) Our quarterback looks like Frank Gore when he takes off with the rock;

(5) Our DL and D overall are better at defending the run game over a pass-heavy attack;

(6) We're from MIAMI, where it rains all the time. Theoretically we should have the advantage.

I'm calling it now, if it pours, Canes win by 17 points!!!

GO CANES!!!

Line of storms currently just west of ATL moving mostly N. If they stay on that track, we might get lucky and not have much rain.

Yeah, but regardless there will definitely be periods in this game where there will be minimal rain. Very doubtful that rain will be continuous throughout the game

There is a massive wall of rain in Georgia. That wasn’t expected but it came together and is moving north. It all depends on timing and how far west it pushes.

first half dry and second half all rain. Clemson is up by Seneca on this map at.

Hopefully by then MIA will have built a nice lead, and will be able to lean on them with the running game.

That’s what I think. Minimal rain in the 1st Quarter or half and then the monsoon in the second half.

It doesn’t seem like it affected several teams today. Teams were throwing that *****h like no tomorrow

Hopefully no lightning warnings that will delay things.
