The top 2028 players in the land are at this event. Our whole staff is at this event
Development takes years, if you’re getting shipped out after your freshman year then you were never Miami level.
Miami has a massive problem identifying talent to play at Miami.
Massive news
Lifelong canes fan. #1 player in GA and #1 C in 2029. We should have a great chance here.
Yes, it's possible. The Marlins just fired their entire scouting department. Could be a sign to come for the MLB DraftYou think he makes it to campus with those rankings? Not trying to be debbie downer but i get zero hype for kids that commit but have no chance at making it to campus.
you lost me on that relationship.Yes, it's possible. The Marlins just fired their entire scouting department. Could be a sign to come for the MLB Draft
They fired their professional scouts, not their amateur scouts. They fired the guys who scout their upcoming opponents, planning to use video to replace them.Yes, it's possible. The Marlins just fired their entire scouting department. Could be a sign to come for the MLB Draft
Official Visit only. No commitmentyour bryan mesa kid committed to texas a&m
If he doesn't commit to Miami, that is when I will be stunned. I would assume we will have OV's this weekend.Official Visit only. No commitment
Mesa transferred out of Doral Academy to Matter Academy after a season which was good for a freshman here in South Florida, which is a super competitive setting. I’ll keep comments to myself regarding him otherwise and what happened at Doral Academy.
I have my questions about Matter and what they are doing at that program from an integrity standpoint. No example better to look at than Yodelkis, who is going to FSU.
When he came from Cuba, I have heard from the people that helped process him and his real age. Dude was ******* 20 years old playing in high school this past year. **** him, Matter and FSU. He's not the only one on that team that is or was questionable.
In terms of 2028 pitchers, LHP Sid Goeke out of Mount Verde. Plays on the Original Florida Pokers 2028 team, which is mostly made up of Stoneman Douglass kids. He no-hit one of the top teams full of studs in the 16U PG World Series (Orioles Scout Team) for 6-1/3rd. This point of the summer, all pitcher velos are down, but he’s typically 86-88 (True 16U player - not a re-class like most kids). Before that pitching performance it was UM, UCF, North Florida tracking and watching him.
After that pitching performance, now 15-20 schools are after him hard, including FSU.
