Quoting the lastest Barry Jackson article. He said Miami was allotted 7,500 tickets which I believe are gone. Can somebody explain how this works? Is there going to be a second allotment? Seems like a very small number.

Probably corporate allotment getting most of the tix. Each school getting 7500 I guess.

Each school gets the same. All the rest have been on sale for months to the public. A decent amount also held for sponsors.

Stadium seats 75,000. Looks like each school gets 10%. Bowl games they usually get more. Tickets are on sale, and if you can't get through the school, you can still get tickets online through other sites on the same side as the UM allotment.

Clemson fans probably locked a lot up pretty quick since they were a strong favorite to get in earlier in the season than we were. But I believe Canes swooped in and bought straight up or on the secondary market to where we will have a good presence (I hope).

The problem with these games and bowls are that a lot of neutral fans are there that dont care one way or the other if they dont try to sell them. Thats the problem with corporate tickets.
