7/21 stadium pics

Barring catastrophe, the stadium will be open for the FAMU game. They are working 24/7 literally.
Did your crane operator inside source have a sudden change of heart. A couple days ago you were pretty sure it wouldn't be done.

He told me it would be open but not 100% finished. There's "safe for use" and "completely finished". It's falling into the first category.

Sorry but it ain't going to be done by the opener. All we have seen is roof progress which the paneling is 20-30% complete. Even if they kick *** and finish the paneling within the next week, they have under roof improvements, all the finishes, and punchlist/close-out to be performed to ensure safety to the public. Please prove me wrong.

Lol.....panties in wad cuz you didn't get the answer you wanted. Simply provided a statement on a publicly opinionated forum based on real experience of managing multi-million dollar building & roadway projects. We all value your rhetoric of obnoxious opinions based on real experience of being a keyboard warrior. You have gotten my hopes up so now I will go buy my tickets.

Please don't take offense. I value your vast experience and thorough technical competence as evidenced by your original post, which clearly shows your deep knowledge and thoroughly valid opinion regarding the project timeline of this particular reno.

With all due respect, he did see a couple pictures. That's a solid basis for his expert opinion.

He also stayed in a Holiday Inn Express recently.

The turf should be ready for play in 10-14 days. If I remember right, they have one of the best superintendents in the country. Some of the cultivars of bermuda grass are both shade and high traffic tolerant.

I believe you, but doesn't everyone say that about every stadium with grass?

That hurts comin from folks whom act like insiders whom purely speculate off information from the internet forum and website articles

What's the grass going to do without sun and water???

Big advantage on hot day games when we are in the shade on our sideline and visitors are in the sun most of the game.
