What's the grass going to do without sun and water???

Sorry but it ain't going to be done by the opener. All we have seen is roof progress which the paneling is 20-30% complete. Even if they kick *** and finish the paneling within the next week, they have under roof improvements, all the finishes, and punchlist/close-out to be performed to ensure safety to the public. Please prove me wrong.

Barring catastrophe, the stadium will be open for the FAMU game. They are working 24/7 literally.
 
The turf should be ready for play in 10-14 days. If I remember right, they have one of the best superintendents in the country. Some of the cultivars of bermuda grass are both shade and high traffic tolerant.

This renovation is going to be a serious game changer. The difference in noise level alone is going to make it feel like a different stadium. It has the potential to be one of the louder venues in the country with the new acoustics.
