I’ve gotta ask. Did deejay put on too much weight? Homeboy is looking big! Hope he’s still got that crazy quickness he had last year. I do at least trust Gus to get these guys right. Guess it’s just me over analyzing the first day! Lol

Man, you gotta love Shaq’s attitude. @UknowWhat raised a good one right there. I really like that he doesn’t shy away from speaking about the areas he feels he needs to get better in. A man who can honestly critique his own game first is exactly what you want out there leading your defense and setting the example for younger guys to play up to.

Also, really good news that we were able to open camp with everyone full go. Let’s hope that stays that way.

He ran one of the fastest 40’s on the team at this weight.

He’s gonna kill people that take him on in the secondary.
 
DJ has some elite wiggle too his game. I watched that kid shake mad defenders last year. It actually was a fan of the wildcat packages with him.

Shaq is disciplined well spoken and a beast!
 
How does someone read that and their only take away is a concern about DJ’s weight?

Couldn’t agree more. I think the kid is gonna have a huge year.
 
Lucky yo have him. this was the guy we'd see at other programs the last 10 years with stories of how him and his fsmily grew up hurricane fans
