5 teams fighting for 2 spots

I'm more worried about UNC than Clemson. UNC has an easy path to Charlotte.
I wouldn't say it's EASY, considering that I don't see them as a team without some major flaws. Especially on defense. If they beat Syracuse and our Canes the next two weeks, I will be convinced but if healthy, I don't see it. I also think Duke gets them this year and they still have to travel to Clemson. Good thing is we will know A LOT in the next three weeks.

Which puts FSU and Louisville in the drivers seat at 2-0 at the moment. Us and Cuse and Tech only teams that haven’t played.

We need Clemson to win out. Except for us.
I hope you are wrong about that because I have NO CONFIDENCE they will do that. That team is a shell of its former self. I personally think the bottom is about to drop out from under them this year. I don't see them rallying.

It honestly never occurred to me to worry about Louisville. Yeah, we might lose to them because we might lose to anybody, but are they an actual threat? Should I be circling that date on the calendar?

I think it's the opposite - the train is just leaving the station.

This team isn't the culmination of years and years of stellar recruiting. It's a couple of good-to-very-good recruiting classes and some nice Portal additions patched together to form a good football team.

It only gets better from here - we don't have anything like the depth of quality Cristobal wants. The drop off on the Dline is stark, for example, and the secondary is nowhere near as good as it could / should be.

Essentially the only room that looks anything like it will do in the future is the RB room, where we have 6 quality P5 players / starters.
Other than Lee, I think just about all are other O linemen have eligability left.
