Five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys, who has committed to LSU, is expecting to visit Miami this weekend for an official visit.

According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Key is the third-best overall player and the top receiver in his high school class. He is also the highest-ranked player from Mississippi.

Let’s hope Keys is in Coral Gables for more inspection of our program upon reflection of his early commitment to the Tigers rather than a visit to keep the bidding wars blazing into the Summer months. I do not know Keys or his family dynamics, I just hope it’s the former and not the latter.

Be the highest bidder. He should be trying to up his bag as much as possible, he is a top 5 overall player.

This. And do it unabashedly.

For two decades people called us a poverty program that couldn't hang with the bankroll of the college blue bloods, all while paying the kids was supposed to be against the rules. Now these kids are allowed to be paid and we're clutching pearls as if being the highest bidder is a bad thing. I say we lean into it.

If you want to play for a school that pays you more lip service than NIL and only actually values you a fraction of your worth, by all means go play for Kirby Smart and the other country club coaches. But if you want a school that's going to put its money where its mouth is when it comes to how they value you as a student athlete, then U already know where U need to be.

Liked simply for using the term ‘unabashedly’

When was the last time we got a wr to flip to us from LSU? LSU and OSU get who they want nationally at wr. We struggle to be in the fight every year for the top 2 wrs in the state of Florida. Hoping for a change very soon.
