Nothing was missed. Your friend asked a question. The other guy responded that debunked his original question. Your friend then re-routed his question hoping to salvage his pathetic first question and save his e-dignity. GTFOH. Redshirting has to be the last thing this team should be worried about. Muthafackasz on offense can't even do the basic passing, rushing, blocking, etc...I blame mostly the coaches.

I think folks here are forgetting that college football now has a free agency market. My guess is that redshirting will effectively become a thing of the past. The waiver wire market will replace it.


The program management aspect of college football will look exponentially different over the next few years IMO.

Why is it now a free agent market? Kids still have to sit out a year in order to transfer. Nothing about that has changed at all.

Almost all coaches supported the redshirt rule change. The massive support behind it is what lead to that change. Zero coaches will support changing that main transfer rule.

The concern shouldn't be him not redshirting; it should be why he has no catches this year. If his rating was legitimate, it means he's not being developed and utilized properly. If he was overrated, then it's a bad evaluation by the staff.

2. He hasn't "burned" anything. If he is so inclined to stay in school for an extra year, he still has 3 more years he can take a redshirt in.
