Personally I think he's got his priorities out of wack. But I understand his approach cause honestly he doesn't have the game to be a top tier basketball player and he doesn't have the body type or physical attributes(outside of height) to be a top tier football player either. At his age to have some type of height(don't know when he hit his growth spurt
@Confidence1000 not sure if that one gets by or not) allot of kids are still clumsy with it because they haven't acclimated to that height, footwork etc. But he's not that tall where that should be the issue. To me it seems like he's got a long road ahead of him to become good to great in either sport especially football cause I don't see it period in basketball.
The thing that makes Michigan a good match for him is big 10 style of play. You can get by WITHOUT elite athleticism at the receiver position if you have the right body type. They're not typically the best athletes in the big 10 and the cold (extreme cold in plenty of instances)helps certain positions mask that. It's all about weight for him and becoming physical. All I see now is a possession receiver who lacks the speed & physicality to win consistently on 50/50 balls.
