One of the nation's best wide receivers in the 2028 recruiting has began to trim his recruitment decision list.
Braylon Clark, a 6-foot-2, 188-pound wide receiver out of Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina, has narrowed down his decisions to just 12 schools: Miami, LSU, Ohio State, Tennessee, Indiana, Texas, Alabama, Oregon, Clemson, Texas A&M, South Carolina, and USC.
According to the 247Sports Composite Recruiting Rankings, he is currently viewed as a five-star prospect. The site slots him as the nation's No. 12 overall player in his class, No. 4 among his position group, and No. 2 player out of North Carolina.
During his sophomore season, he recorded a total of 65 receptions for 1093 yards and 12 scores. As a freshman, he totaled for 38 receptions for 578 yards and four touchdowns. In eighth grade, he posted a 11.79 in the 100-meter dash, 23.65 in the 200-meter dash, and 52.34 in the 400-meter dash.
Clark has already logged visit to South Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio State, Oregon, and Clemson. He currently does not have a visit set to Miami. The Buckeyes are considered as the front runner to land the five-star product.
There has been no commitment timeline yet for Clark. The Hurricanes boast the No. 7 recruiting class in the 2028 cycle, headlined by Kweli Fielder and Knox Annis. We will find out if the coaching staff can add Clark into the class.
